We offer three gentle and supportive paths to help you move toward your eating, body image, and life goals all grounded in neuroscience and led with compassion.
Each journey is designed to meet you where you are, and can be accessed in the way that feels most supportive to you:

These journeys are not suitable for those requiring intensive clinical care, but offer powerful support for those ready to grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves in a safe, compassionate way.
Explore more below and find the path that’s right for you. Please note at present all our Nurtured Journeys are fully booked for 1:1 and group support, however we offer these in self paced course and have some availability in a Food Therapy.
Dietitian Rachel has created a number of evidence based courses to support individuals who feel ready to explore, learn and make changes independently (of course they are welcome to add on sessions with Dietitian Rachel at any point). The Nurtured Recovery is spread over 24 steps and is designed for those who would like to gain food freedom and disordered eating recovery; The Nurtured Weight Loss is a harm reduction, gentle approach to weight loss and ED informed Fit Pro Training is designed for individuals in the fitness, nutrition and wellness space to understand more about eating disorders and support those that are experiencing disordered eating or a diagnosed eating disorder.
