Rachel works with individuals, couples, and families to support improved nutrition, healing relationships with food and body, and achieving personal goals in a way that feels sustainable and nurturing.

She combines her clinical dietetic expertise with a deep understanding of neuroscience and psychological theory to offer a whole-systems approach. Rather than simply addressing symptoms or surface-level behaviours, Rachel gently explores the underlying patterns with care and compassion, creating space for lasting change.

At the heart of her work is the belief that everyone deserves to feel nourished, energised, and free from anxiety around eating.

Rachel is HCPC registered, and her services are approved by most health insurance providers. If you are a sole trader or business owner in the wellness, therapeutic, or fitness space, sessions may also be claimable as business expenses.

The Problem: Misinformation Is Everywhere

With so much conflicting advice online and input from unqualified practitioners, it can be hard to know who to trust. That’s why Rachel and her colleagues offer something different.

As a team of highly specialised nutrition and therapeutic professionals ([meet us here]), they are fully regulated by professional bodies and committed to using the latest, evidence-based research, backed by decades of experience in the fields of nutrition and dietetics.

Dietitian Rachel works with adults, teenagers, children, and infants, offering care that is tailored, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate.

If deeper emotional or trauma related support is needed, Rachel will refer you to a specialist psychologist or psychotherapist. This collaborative approach ensures you receive the comprehensive care and outcome that you truly deserve.

At the Dinner Table

The way we eat often mirrors the way we live.

Rachel uses a three-stage model in her food and dietetic therapy to gently guide the healing process:

  1. Creating safety, stability, and symptom relief, building a foundation of trust and nourishment.

  2. Deepening into exploration and compassionate self-understanding, uncovering the patterns and beliefs that shape your relationship with food and body.

  3. Integration and reconnection, supporting you to apply what you’ve learned and reconnect to yourself, your body, and the world around you.

This approach allows for meaningful, lasting change,  grounded in safety, self-awareness, and care.

Dietitian Rachel and her team are anti–diet culture, but not strictly anti–“diet.” We're also not pro-diet. Instead, we hold space for nuance, compassion, and individual choice.

If you're considering making changes to your physical body such as pursuing fat loss we can explore this gently and thoughtfully, alongside other nutrition or health goals. However, if your current focus is recovery from hypothalamic amenorrhea, disordered eating, or rebuilding your relationship with food, eating, or your body, then pursuing weight or fat loss may need to be paused,  at least for now.

We understand that this can feel complex, even uncomfortable. We're here to support you with care, honesty, and flexibility, no matter where you're starting from.

You Matter, and So Does Feeling Cared For

These sessions are flexible and responsive to your evolving needs. You’ll explore what feels most important,  whether that’s emotional, physical, or practical.
After each session, you'll receive a detailed written summary, including:

  • Adjustments to your nutrition or supplement plan

  • Gentle, realistic goals

  • Relevant research and resources

  • Therapeutic tasks or somatic exercises, if appropriate

3. Personalised Nutrition & Movement Guidance
When suitable, Rachel may provide tailored movement recommendations, example plans, e-books, or access to recorded masterclasses to support your journey.

You’ll receive membership to Recovery Record, a specialist app designed to support eating disorder recovery and mindful eating.

5. Reflective Tools
Journal prompts and meditations aligned with your goals may be provided to help deepen self-awareness and support nervous system regulation.

Dietitian Rachel follows a neuronutrition lens in her work, which means the guidance she provides will be grounded in how food supports brain health, mood, and nervous system regulation in parallel with your self set goals.

You deserve to feel informed, supported, and empowered in your relationship with food and nutrition.

If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions each week and are happy to explore options that may work for your current circumstances.
