Breathe ... it's a safe space here

As a Clinical Dietitian, Therapist, and Personal Trainer, Rachel is one of the few tri-trained professionals working at the intersection of nutrition, fitness, and body image. This unique combination allows her to offer a specialised, integrative approach to healing through The Nurtured Recovery Journey.

At the Dinner Table

The Nurtured Recovery Journey is about more than healing your relationship with food and your body — though that’s an essential part. It’s also a space for reconnecting with yourself, processing past experiences, and learning how to truly nurture your whole being.

Rachel works integratively, drawing on mind, body, and spirit approaches. She weaves together a range of therapeutic models, nutritional science, and nervous system-informed strategies to meet you exactly where you are — and gently guide you forward.

She understands that life can feel busy and overwhelming, so she distills the research, theory, and clinical experience into simple, supportive steps that create real and lasting change.

Are you ready to enjoy your body, your eating and your life? Are you ready to truly nurture yourself?

The way we eat reflects the way we live

Rachel uses a three-stage support model within The Nurtured Recovery Journey to gently guide individuals through the therapeutic process. The first stage focuses on creating safety, stability, and symptom relief — establishing a solid foundation for healing. The second stage moves into deeper exploration and compassionate self-understanding, with tailored strategies to address specific challenges and support meaningful change. The final stage is consolidation and maintenance, where the focus shifts to applying what you've learned, strengthening resilience, and developing long-term coping tools to support lasting well-being.

Alongside Rachel's qualifications and 15 years of industry wisdom and a lived recovery experience.

Rachel understands what it’s like to live in fear of food and eating — to worry about what might happen if you truly began to nourish, love, and care for yourself. She knows the experience of deprivation, not just of food, but of joy, pleasure, and freedom.

And she also knows what it’s like to move beyond that — to heal the war with food, to reconnect with your body, and to begin treating yourself with the respect and care you’ve always deserved.

Nurture
Therapy

Throughout The Nurtured Recovery Journey + (and beyond, if it continues to feel supportive), you’ll connect with Rachel biweekly through Nurture Therapy.

Nurture Therapy is a unique blend of personal dietetic counselling, coaching, meal planning, supplement guidance, integrative therapy, and movement support. It offers a safe and supportive space to explore your emotional, physical, and mental challenges — as well as your wins and moments of growth.

This support is primarily offered as a form of e-therapy — also known as written reflection or email-based check-ins. You'll receive gentle prompts and space to share your thoughts, concerns, questions, and reflections with Rachel. You're also welcome to share relevant information such as blood test results, food and mood diaries, menstrual cycle details, or anything else we've agreed to include. In return, you’ll receive personalised guidance, feedback, goal-setting, resources, and compassionate support tailored to your journey.

If preferred, audio or video sessions with Rachel may also be available to support your needs and communication style.

You’ll also have the support of Cory, The Nurture Circle’s Food Freedom Coach, who is here to walk alongside you and guide you through your Nurtured Recovery Journey + with care and encouragement.

The Nurtured Recovery Journey: A 24-Step Framework for Healing

The Nurtured Recovery Journey is built around 24 thoughtfully designed steps. This framework is grounded in the latest research and shaped by Rachel’s 15 years of experience supporting thousands of individuals through recovery and body healing work.

Each step has been created through both a therapeutic and coaching lens — offering education, encouragement, and practical support to help you build confidence and make meaningful, sustainable changes in your daily life.

You’ll be introduced to a new step each week via our private online portal, with a gentle email reminder to guide your focus. We understand that life can be full — so we provide the essential information in short, accessible formats you can read, listen to, or watch, with optional deeper resources if you feel ready to explore further.

Step one : Developing safety and stability

Growth, healing and learning require more safety and less chaos; so we explore how to utilise the nervous system and our environment to help build the foundation for making changes, decreasing feelings of anxiety and opening us up to more compassion and joy.
