Rachel is a Consultant Dietitian, Integrative Therapist and Personal Trainer
Rachel marries her background in clinical nutrition and neuroscience with therapy and a holistic approach to health to see the full picture. She is The Nurture Circle founder, now pracatising as "Dietitian Rachel" and consults for the NHS. She also have a lived recovery experience, she knows what it is like to abandon yourself and to live in fear of food, of eating, of what would happen if you start to nourish, love and care for yourself. She knows what it is like to deprive herself, not only of food, but also of life and love. She knows what it is like to live just outside your body and never feel like you are truly connected to it.
And she also knows what it is like to overcome these things, to heal the war with food, to become an inhabitant of your body and reclaim your voice, your truth and your freedom.
As a Clinical Dietitian, Therapist and Personal Trainer, Rachel is one of the only tri-trained practitioners working within the nutrition, fitness and body image space; this enables her to blend her knowledge and skills alongside her passion for food and cooking to offer the individuals she works with something specialist and unique.

The Nurtured Recovery is spread over 24 steps and is designed for those who would like to gain food freedom and disordered eating recovery; The Nurtured Weight Loss is a harm reduction, gentle approach to weight loss and ED informed Fit Pro Training is designed for individuals in the fitness, nutrition and wellness space to understand more about eating disorders and support those that are experiencing disordered eating or a diagnosed eating disorder. Rachel and her team offer a variety of services to support your needs and circumstances. From self guided courses, the nurtured community group coaching , the nurtured recovery personal coaching, nutrition consultations and dietetic therapy.
As a Clinical Dietitian, Therapist and Personal Trainer, Rachel is one of the only tri-trained professionals to work within the nutrition, fitness and body image field, this enables her to offer a unique and specialised approach to healing through group coaching and 1:1 therapeutic work. If you are experiencing financial hardship but are motivation to learn more about nutrition or heal disordered eating please get in touch and we can see how we can support you.
We are HCPC registered so our services are approved by most health insurance companies; and may be claimed as expenses if you are a sole trader / business in the wellness / therapeutic or fitness industry.
