"If I want to be present, playful, joyful mother, I need to be a well fed mother." The Well Fed Mother is a gentle six week journey supporting nourishment of your brain, body and nervous system, designed to fit into real, busy motherhood rather than idealised routines or perfection. Alongside the programme, you receive general guidance from Dietitian Rachel, with contact through written Q&A sessions. Across the six weeks, you are held as you relearn how to feed yourself with more consistency, safety and kindness, even on the hard days. As your own nourishment steadies, many mothers notice more energy, more emotional capacity and more room for patience, playfulness and connection. You are not being taught how to try harder, but how to be better resourced. This work recognises that when a mother is fed and regulated, nourishment naturally flows outward. As you learn how to nourish yourself in ways that feel doable, you are also quietly building a calmer, more supportive food and nervous system environment for your children. This is not about doing motherhood “right”, but about being supported enough to enjoy it more, one small, human step at a time. You don't need to fix yourself, you need to feed yourself.
