As a Clinical Dietitian, Therapist and Personal Trainer, Rachel is one of the only tri-trained professionals to work within the nutrition, fitness and body image field, this enables her to offer a unique and specialised approach to healing through The Nurtured Journeys. 
 

The Nurtured Weight Loss programme is grounded in a harm reduction framework, with compassion and self-care at its core.
 

Rachel understands the potential harm that traditional dieting can cause — including the risk of triggering disordered eating patterns — while also recognising the very real and valid desire to feel comfortable and at home in your body.
 

She believes that everyone deserves to live in a body they can enjoy and care for, without shame or restriction. This approach offers a gentler, more sustainable path that honours both physical and emotional wellbeing.

The Nurtured Weight Loss Journey follows a 12-step framework delivered over 24 weeks. It’s been thoughtfully designed using the latest evidence alongside Rachel’s 15 years of experience supporting thousands of individuals through behaviour change, body image healing, and sustainable nutrition.

Each step is created through a therapeutic and coaching lens, offering education, encouragement, and practical tools to help you build confidence and make gentle, lasting changes that align with your goals.

You’ll be introduced to a new step every other week via our private online portal, with a gentle email reminder to keep you connected and supported. We know life can be full, so we focus on the key information you need — in accessible formats you can read, listen to, or watch — with optional deeper resources if you’d like to explore more. We’ll also send occasional motivation boosts to help you stay aligned with your intentions.

Alongside each step, you’ll be guided to build your gentle action plan — small, realistic shifts that allow you to integrate what you’re learning into everyday life. This approach supports change that feels less like force and more like flow — sustainable, compassionate, and tailored to you.

Nurture Therapy is a unique blend of personal dietetic counselling, nutrition coaching, meal planning, supplement guidance, integrative therapy, and movement support. It’s a safe and compassionate space where you can explore emotional, physical, and mental challenges — as well as celebrate your wins.

This support is primarily offered as a form of e-therapy — also known as written check-ins or guided reflection. You’ll receive thoughtful prompts via email and are invited to respond with your reflections, concerns, questions, and updates. You’re also welcome to share relevant information such as blood test results, food or mood diaries, menstrual cycle updates, or any other agreed insights.

In return, Rachel provides personalised feedback, updated goals, tailored nutrition and supplement guidance, and resources to support your next steps — all aligned with your needs, values, and lifestyle.

We are HCPC registered so our services are approved by most health insurance companies; and may be claimed as expenses if you are a sole trader / business  owner in the wellness / therapeutic or fitness industries.
