A well fed life

Wheat Field

Rachel merges nutrition, neuroscience and nurturance to guide you to find food freedom, enjoy your body and live a joyful expansive life.

To the stressed and the overwhelmed, to the yo yo-dieters, the body concious and the afraid; to the obsessive calorie counters and compulsive exercisers; to the event avoiders, the beach cover uppers, the anxious ones; to the food restricters and emotional eaters, the exhausted mamas and those desperate to be mamas; to the good girls and the perfectionists; to the ones that have been taught happiness is found within a body size and to the ones that have been told they aren't enough; to the overworkers, never resters and lonely ones; to the ashamed, guilt filled and the disconnected; to the unfulfilled and unsatisfied; to the hungry ones, to the intrigued...Welcome, you are safe here.

PROUD TO HAVE WORKED WITH:

THE WELL FED MOTHER PROGRAMME

"If I want to be a present, playful, joyful mum, I need to be a well fed mum"

A gentle six week written nourishment journey supporting your brain, body and nervous system, designed for real motherhood.

Why Nourishment Matters
in Motherhood

"If I want to be a present, playful mother, I need to be a well fed mother."

When a mother is well fed, motherhood feels different. There is more capacity for patience, play and emotional steadiness. Nourishment supports the nervous system to soften, making it easier to respond rather than react.

This care does not stop with her. It flows into the way she connects, plays and regulates with her children.

Well Fed Motherhood exists to support mothers to nourish themselves, with the effect rippling through the entire family.

The Heart of My Work

Well Fed Motherhood is Dietitian Rachel's signature programme. It brings together neuronutrition, nervous system care and compassionate nourishment to support mothers to feel more safe, connected and resourced.

Dietitian Rachel knows personally and professionally that when a mother is well fed, that nourishment flows beyond them; itt shapes how they respond, regulate and connects with their children.

This is not another thing to keep up with, there are no live sessions, no pressure to be perfect and  nourishment letters that you return to in your own time.

An Invitation To Be Well Fed

Well Fed Motherhood is an invitation to nourish yourself without guilt or pressure, knowing that this care flows into your family too.

This is for mothers at any stage, pregnant, postnatal or years into motherhood, including those parenting teenagers or grown children. It’s for mothers who feel depleted, foggy, snappy or run down, who want to enjoy motherhood more and be more present in it. You may understand balanced eating but struggle to make it work in real life, especially if food has been complicated by dieting, stress, hormones or changing life stages. If you want food to feel supportive rather than another demand, and nourishment to fit motherhood instead of fighting it, you’re in the right place.

Meet Rachel

Rachel is a Counselling Dietitian and Personal Trainer

Rachel brings together a unique blend of clinical nutrition, neuroscience, therapeutic support, and a deeply holistic approach to health. She is the founder of The Nurture Circle, now practising as Dietitian Rachel, and also consults for the NHS.

Alongside her professional experience, Rachel carries the wisdom of lived recovery. She knows what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body, to fear food, to live in survival mode, afraid of what might happen if you truly nourished, loved, and cared for yourself. She understands the quiet grief of self-abandonment, of shrinking your needs and of watching life pass by while stuck in cycles of restriction and fear.

And,  she also knows what it means to heal. To make peace with food, to return home to your body, and to reclaim your voice, truth, and freedom.

As a Clinical Dietitian and Personal Trainer with professional development in therapeutic modalities and counselling skills, Rachel is one of the few tri-trained practitioners working at the intersection of nutrition, movement, and body image. She blends her scientific knowledge with a passion for food, deep respect for individual experience, and a trauma-informed approach , offering something both specialist and deeply human to every person she works with.

If deeper emotional or trauma related support is needed, Rachel will refer you to a specialist psychologist or psychotherapist. This collaborative approach ensures you receive the comprehensive care and outcome that you truly deserve.
