Well Fed Workshops
Healing your relationship with food starts with feeling seen, heard and well fed
Well Fed Workshops are small, powerful gatherings held on a peaceful farm in Arundel, West Sussex, where up to 10 women come together to gently explore the deeper layers of eating, body image, and emotional safety.
Led by Dietitian Rachel, a trauma-informed counselling dietitian, these workshops are a blend of connection, education, nervous system support and compassionate exploration.

September Workshop: Feeding the Feeling: What Are You Really Hungry For?
Emotional eating is often misunderstood, shamed, pathologised, or treated like a problem to fix, but it’s rarely about food alone. This workshop invites you to explore the feeling beneath the hunger.
Are you reaching for food to feel…
• Safe?
• Comforted?
• Numb?
• In control?
• Loved?
• Less alone?
Together, we’ll create space for understanding, not judgement. Emotional eating can be a doorway into deeper needs and this workshop helps you meet those needs with more clarity and care.
This is for you if…
-
Food feels emotionally loaded or confusing
-
You often eat when you’re not physically hungry and judge yourself for it
-
You want to feel safer and more at home in your body
-
You’ve struggled with bingeing, overeating, or chaotic eating
-
You’ve felt ashamed of how you eat, or out of control around food
-
You want to stop self-sabotaging and start understanding
-
You're looking for support that honours both your biology and your story
-
You’re ready for a softer, more compassionate way to relate to food and feelings
