The Strawberry Tree Studio is a welcoming space to build strength, confidence and feel good in your body without pressure, judgement or expectations. It is a place to come as you, bring your children if you need to, bring a friend if you prefer training together or simply enjoy some support, just for you.
Whether you are new to exercise, returning after having children, looking to get stronger or hoping to build a happier relationship with movement, Dietitian Rachel would love to support you.
I believe that movement should help us feel strong, capable and confident. Something that supports our mental health, gives us energy and allows us to keep doing the things we love.
My approach to personal training combines fitness, strength, mobility, evidence-based nutrition support and a compassionate understanding of the relationship we have with our bodies.

I've been involved in the world of health, fitness and sport for all of my adult life, and it's taken me to some wonderful places. I've worked at the Olympic Games, received Technogym's Personal Trainer of the Year Award, and helped establish fitness sessions for women and children in Ghana.
I've competed in powerlifting, completed an Ironman and spent years discovering just how strong and resilient our bodies can be. Along the way, I became a Registered Dietitian, completed a postgraduate diploma in Sports Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee, and developed specialist experience in women's health, eating disorders, exercise addiction and compassionate weight management.
But perhaps the biggest shift in my relationship with movement came through motherhood and becoming a mum of four.
These days, I still love lifting weights and challenging myself, but my reasons for moving have changed. I exercise because it makes me feel good, because I want to feel strong and capable, and because I want to run after my children, throw them into the air and keep up with their adventures for as long as possible.
My relationship with exercise has evolved from focusing on performance and achievement to appreciating movement as something that enriches my everyday life, and that's the approach I'd love to share with you.

As both a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer, I bring together two areas of health that are so often treated separately.
We can explore how food supports your energy, strength, recovery and overall wellbeing, without restrictive rules or unnecessary complication.
I believe in helping you understand your body and develop habits that feel supportive, enjoyable and sustainable.
For clients booking a block of ten sessions, I also include a personalised exercise programme, practical dietary guidance and complimentary access to any of my self-paced courses that are relevant to your goals.
Whether you're looking to get stronger, support your health or simply feel more comfortable with movement, we'll focus on building something that works for your life.
*Where more specialist clinical nutrition support is needed, we can explore this through my separate dietetic services.

All sessions are 50 minutes and take place in my private garden gym in West Sussex.
